Crey Industries Prototype 2004-016CH is an illegal clone made from DNA stolen from the hero, Cholma. Designed to be used as one of Crey's mysterious "Paragon Protectors", the clone is scheduled for termination after multiple attempts at brainwashing the clone to be loyal to Crey fails. He escapes from the lab, but is quickly captured by the super-powered law enforcement group known as Longbow. He is sent to the Super Max Ziggursky Penitentiary, where he spends 5 months before the forces of Arachnos stage a major breakout. Turns out Evil Cholma might be the "Destined One" forseen to lead Arachnos in victory over the heroes of Paragon City!
