Hopsca which includes hotel, office, park, shopping mall, club, apartments, is the attempt to generate a form of life like it was in the smaller towns in former times. Slowly grown over time the town is reaching a necessary level of integration and intervened network of functions. Hopsca is generating this immediately by using old city patterns or generating astoundingly new concepts.
