Pages of Music

Long ago a shepherd shared his meal of thin bread--called pages of music--with a painter and her son, Paolo. When they offered to pay, the shepherd played a song of joy on his pipes. Years later, remembering the song, Paolo, a gifted composer, returned to share his own "pages of music" in a special Christmas song for the islanders. Full-color illustrations.
